The 2025 Philippine House of Representatives elections in Mimaropa are scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025, as part of the 2025 Philippine general election.

Marinduque

Term-limited incumbent Lord Allan Velasco (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for governor of Marinduque.[1] He was elected unopposed in 2022 under PDP–Laban.

Velasco's father, Marinduque governor Presbitero Velasco Jr. (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas), is running against Rey Salvacion (Independent).[1][2]

Occidental Mindoro

Incumbent Odie Tarriela (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for a second term.[3] He was elected in 2022 under Pederalismo ng Dugong Dakilang Samahan with 38.64% of the vote.

Tarriela is running against former representative Josephine Sato (Liberal Party).[3][4]

Incumbent Alfonso Umali Jr. (Liberal Party) is running for a third and final term.[7] He was re-elected in 2022 with 44.46% of the vote.

Umali is running against two other candidates, including Oriental Mindoro vice governor Ejay Falcon (Galing at Serbisyo para sa Mindoreño).[7][8]

The seat is vacant after Edgardo Salvame (People's Reform Party) died on March 13, 2024. He was elected in 2022 with 47.35% of the vote.

Salvame's wife, Rose Salvame (People's Reform Party), is running against former representative Franz Josef Alvarez (National Unity Party).[9][10]

Incumbent Jose Alvarez (Nationalist People's Coalition) is running for a second term.[9] He was elected in 2022 under PDP–Laban with 51.77% of the vote.

Alvarez is running against former representative Beng Abueg (Liberal Party).[9][11]

Palawan's 3rd district

The seat is vacant after Edward Hagedorn (PDP–Laban) died on October 3, 2023. He was elected in 2022 52.74% of the vote.

Hagedorn's son, Clink Hagedorn (Independent), is running against former representative Gil Acosta Jr. (Lakas–CMD) and former Palawan governor Abraham Mitra (Nacionalista Party).[9][12]
