Ravinder Singh Negi is an Indian politician from Delhi. He is elected to Delhi Legislative Assembly from Patparganj Assembly constituency in 2025 Assembly Elections.[1] Negi is currently an MCD councilor from Vinod Nagar.[2]
Political career
[edit]Ravinder Negi has started his political journey in 2020 serving as Zila Mahamantri of the Delhi unit and contested 2020 Delhi Assembly election on BJP ticket and narrowly lost to AAP's Manish Sisodia by just 2 per cent votes. He later contested 2022 Municipal Corporation of Delhi elections and contested and defeated the AAP candidate by a margin of 2,311 votes.[3] He gained media attention when he forced meat shops to close during Navratri in 2023. Prime minister Narendra Modi was also seen touching his feet in an election rally of the party.[4]
