Three-time defending champion Sam Schröder[1] defeated Niels Vink in the final, 7–6(9–7), 7–5 to win the quad singles wheelchair tennis title at the 2025 Australian Open.[2] It was his fourth Australian Open singles title and seventh major singles title overall.[3]
